WEEEEEEE! Have been working on this for too long and all it was suppose to be was a quick-pic. Oh well, while I'm in a fandom phase, I like to try and produce at least one art piece for it, and you guessed it: I'm in a TMNT phase and this idea came to mind... with a lot of influence from the following vids = [link] , [link] (WARNING: Spoiler alert for those of you who haven't seen the ep: Same as it Never Was (SaiNW) and the second vid contains some blood)

Now, I've never drawn a ninja before, or a turtle, so I apologize if there're mistakes. And I know the paper is torn in various places, but I'm not too concerned 'cause I'm actually pleased with the outcome of this doodle. I've never used such intense shading in a pic before, and honestly didn't think I'd be able to, but I pulled off what I had imagined in my head so I'm happy. Like I said, it wasn't meant to get to this level.

So yeah, I'm a Ninja Turtles fan alright. That goes back to my childhood, watching the 80's toon and it was one of my favs! I also watched the 2003 series whenever I could (and am currently rewatching it now) and own the 2007 movie, watched a few of the old ones *takes a breath* and now await the arrival of the 2012 series to be aired on Nick this Sunday!! Next I plan on hunting for the Mirage comics.

But back to the pic, though I'm a Leo fangirl (but love them all, seriously) this pic screamed for Donnie, and if you watch the vids, you'll understand why. As for his exact reason to being all sad there, I'm leaving it up to you. It can be as dramatic or as trivial as you like; sad about April, one of his inventions didn't work, or my personal fav; Mikey got the last slice of pizza. It's up to you, and no, it doesn't reflect how I'm feeling, it was done merely as an experiment and for the fact that I actually like these kindsa pics because of the deep emotions they hold. Whoohoo!

And for the love of pizza, I can't choose what style I like best of the Turtles, but I based this mostly on the 2003 style.
